Suzhou Kelian Precision Machinery Co., Ltd ( hereinafter called ¡° the Company ), originally known as Changshu Electrical Machine Factory, is a professional manufacturer£¬ majoring in electrical machines and precision machineries.
It has been over ten years since the establishment of the Company. Now it has been awarded as one of 50 TOP Enterprises in Changshu. And it is a union-owned enterprise.
The Company is located in Economic Development Zone of Yangtze Delta, 100km away from Shanghai in East, connected to Suzhou in South, close to Wuxi in West and along the Yangtze River in the North. The lo
cation is very easy to access, just at the exit of Riverside Expressway.
The Company covers an area of 110,000 m2, while 60,000m2 for building area. It o
wns a total of 80 technical staffs, including 3 persons with high-level technical title and 16 persons with middle-level title. The Company has totally 320 staffs.
The Company has obtained Credit of ISO9000-2000 Quality Assurance System in the year 2000.
The Company owns several professional workshops, including fittings, steel str
ucture parts, heat treatment, machining, digital-control machining and assembling etc. It has about 220 main production equipments, during which, precision equipment, digital-control equipments and machining equipments cover over 70% of total machines. It
is also in possession of complete inspection equipment and methods, for example, CMMs, Spectral Analysis Instruments are all qualified for calibration.
With continuous efforts contributed by company staffs in the past years, series of products were fabricated such as driving clutch, Two Carry Face Grinding products used in automobile parts and bearings, Electrical Flat Track used in metallurgy, port and heavy equipment manufacturing. The Company now is engaged in developing one kind of Green electrical flat truck which can save resources, but with high energy and dry storage cell. Moreover, the Company is producing controller for office chairs in a small lot. Its products cover many areas.
In addition, the Company also provide machining service for clients and customers with its own equipments and technology. We are making full use of our core technology and show our developing advantage
